●The fly-cutter support structure draws on the characteristics of the same type of machine tools in Italy. The support block is supported by an arc surface, which has a good support effect; the cutter arbor is fixed with a spring chuck nut; at the same time, a movable tip is used at the top of the cutter arbor to improve the support rigidity and accuracy of the cutter arbor. The fly-cutter has a reasonable structure, giving it high rigidity and high precision.
●The servo-driven fly-cutter transmission mechanism adopts pure gear transmission (6-level precision, grinding), which provides high transmission precision, high rigidity, and smoothness.
●The machine tool adopts ball screw transmission in the longitudinal direction (to avoid the shortcomings of inaccurate rack and pinion transmission), and is automatically controlled by the CNC system, which can realize automatic movement from one hole pattern to the next, accurate positioning, and no manual movement is required.
